| FIREGUARD COMPLETES 2 PROJECTS AT NATIONAL HARBOR |
Fireguard is pleased to announce the successful completion of two projects at the much-heralded National Harbor development, located just south of the nation's capital. Working with Clark Construction and The Peterson Companies, Fireguard completed the installation of the automatic fire protection system for the first condominium building at National Harbor. The 536,000 square-foot condominium building has 253 units, 311 below-grade parking spaces and 41,000 square feet of retail space.
Additionally, Fireguard recently completed the installation of the fire sprinkler system for the Wyndham Vacation Resorts at National Harbor. The resort has a 12-story tower that features street-level retail shops and 250 condominium-style suites. |

| FIREGUARD KEY PLAYER IN "GREATEST DEVELOPMENT PROJECT IN THE DISTRICT" |
Hailed as the "greatest development project in the Disrict [of Columbia]" by prominent city and George Washington University officials, Square 54 will transform the former site of GW Hospital, which was razed to make way for the construction of the Square 54 Complex. A mixed-use project consisting of two buildings for residential use and a third for commercial office space, the new complex will be completed in 2011.
Fireguard was selected to install the automatic fire protection systems for this prestigious project. |
