| WORK BEGINS ON PROGRESSION PLACE PROJECT |
| Fireguard has recently begun work on the fire protection contracts for the office, residential, and garage areas of the new Progression Place project in Washington, D.C. This new property, located at 7th & S Streets, NW, will include 112,000 square feet of office space, 24,000 square feet of retail, a 76,000 square foot underground garage and 205 luxury apartments. As a whole, the project will require Fireguard to install over 3,500 sprinkler heads and 2 fire pumps. |

| FIREGUARD AWARDED RESTON STATION PROJECT |
| Fireguard has been awarded a large, exciting project at Reston Station in Fairfax County, Virginia. Being developed above and around the Reston Station Metro Facility, this 1.3 million square foot mixed-use development will integrate 500,000+ square feet of office space, 100,000 square feet of retail, a 200+ room hotel and 900 luxury residences. Also included is a seven-level underground parking garage at the site.
