| FIREGUARD EMPLOYEE NAMED CRAFT PROFESSIONAL OF THE YEAR |
Fireguard's Lenny Simmons was recently honored as Craft Professional of the Year in the fire sprinkler category by ABC National at its annual convention. The criteria upon which candidates were judged included: the candidate's mastery of job-related skills, jobsite performance and safety record, leadership, professionalism, community and industry service, personal motivation, credentials and recognition by others of the candidate's excellence in craft skills and teamwork.

| $118 MILLION 'CLARENDON CENTER' PROJECT AWARDED TO FIREGUARD |
Clark Residential, LLC has awarded Fireguard the fire protection system installation component for the Clarendon Center project. The $118 million, mixed-use complex will cover nearly two city blocks in Arlington, Virginia's Clarendon neighborhood.
The project's south block will consist of a 12-story, 240,000-square-foot, 244-unit apartment building, a nine-story, 85,000-square-foot office building and will also feature 34,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space and four levels of below-grade parking. The project's north block will include a six-story, 98,000-square-foot office building with an additional 14,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space and three levels of below-grade parking. |

| FIREGUARD COMPLETES 'THE RESIDENCES AT LIBERTY CENTER' (ARLINGTON, VA) PROJECT |
| Fireguard is pleased to announce the successful completion of The Residences at Liberty Center, Arlington, Virginia project. The Residences are featured prominently in the one million square foot Liberty Center project, which is one of the largest mixed-use developments in the Ballston area. The Residences feature 234 luxury condominium homes and 235 rental units in a 21-story tower and 20-story tower, respectively. |
